Primary Grant Application

The grant application itself provides us with an outline of the organization, the intended use of funds, and current budgeting and organizational details. Please review the document, and be sure to submit the requested supporting documents as well.

notes on primary grant application: documents to be submitted with the application if they apply:
  • IRS Tax Determination letter showing that you are a recognized public charity and that you are not a private foundation.
  • Current Year's Operating Budget
  • Last two years Operating Budget with comparison to Actual Expenses
  • Financial Statements/Annual Report for Previous 2 years
  • Organizations Goals for last three years (include current year), and Evaluation of these goals.
  • Information on how this request fits into your overall budget.
  • List of the organization's board of directors or trustees, showing name, title, volunteer title, and contact information.
